To look good on the outside we must feel good on the inside
What is a state of 'Wellbeing'?
My dictionary was very helpful, it just said 'Wellbeing' = 'Welfare' That does not help much does it?
The Internet suggestions for 'Wellbeing' even gets more confusing.
For instance - Did you know that there are 'Seven' states of wellbeing!
Physical-Mental-Functional-Social-Economic-Cultural-Spiritual are all states of wellbeing.
I think I would be happy just to achieve the Spiritual-Physical and Mental states and maybe the other four will follow on from
there?
After doing a bit of research on 'Wellbeing' I found the art of Tai Chi to be the most focused on a 'complete' sense of
wellbeing. Guided exercises and meditations help you to achieve and maintain balance emotionally spiritually and physically.
Tai Chi have been shown to be beneficial in helping prevent or alleviate many
conditions including; arthritis, asthma, diabetes, depression, osteoporosis cardiovascular and back problems, to name only a few. Tai Chi
is also one of the safest exercises to perform and also improves vitality and the sense of well being.
